* Some employers are starting to use CAD skills assessments at job interviews so as to avoid costly recruitment mistakes. Any existing qualifications you have will be irrelevant if you score a low mark on a CAD job interview skills assessment.

* We provide short courses based on topics that employers are looking for in their current Autocad operators and successful job candidates.

* We provide training in small groups for almost individual attention to accelerate your learning. You won't be stuck on a course with too many students.

* It's a common misconception that you have to study Autocad part time for weeks on end. Indeed if you were to take the traditional route of long term study, you will only end up with similar qualifications as hundreds of others. Our alternative course takes you through the 3 day beginner's course that we have successfully provided to employers for over 10 years. Then we add further days for coaching and independent skills assessments, taking a selection of intermediate and advanced topics which were originally suggested as really useful by employers.

Is this a widely recognised qualification?

It's certainly recognised by companies who use the same Knowledgesmart software to assess their current staff and job candidates. Remember too that it's becoming more likely that you will be faced with a similar assessment at a job interview, because in the current climate, employers don't want to make expensive recruitment mistakes.

As to it being "not widely recognised" that's good. Right now you need have something unique about your CV that makes you stand out from the rest. To improve your chances of a job interview.
